CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State's Cory Crooks, Brandon Kaylor, Grant Willits, Hunter Willits, Mateo Olmos and Trey Munoz have all been named Scholar All-Americans by the National Wrestling Coaches Association on Friday.
To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and be an All-American, have a 3.2 GPA and be a national qualifier or have a 3.5 GPA and win 60 percent of their respective matches.
Kaylor, Grant Willits and Hunter Willits all earned All-America honors this past season as the Beavers placed four for the first time since 1995.
