FRESNO, Calif. – The Oregon State softball team finished day two of the Fresno State Invite suffering a loss in a rematch with Fresno State, 6-2 Saturday night at Margie Wright Diamond. The Beavers recorded only two hits in the first five innings of action and it was "too-little, too-late" for them to comeback.
Both teams battled in the beginning innings, as neither had a hit through the first three frames. Oregon State broke the drought in the top of the fourth after knocked a single to left field before advancing to second base on a wild pitch.
