Less than two weeks after announcing his transfer from Oregon State, Seth Collins has found his latest destination, as Northern Illinois announced Thursday that Collins has joined the program.

Collins' one season in Corvallis was part dazzling, part inconsistent. As a true freshman, he started the Beavers' first seven games at quarterback, displaying electrifying athleticism by compiling 580 rushing touchdowns and eight touchdowns but completing just 52.
