Jake Luton threw just one pass (which was a 25 yard completion) against the Ohio State Buckeyes before getting hit hard and getting up wobbly. Luton exited the game and spent several minutes in a medical tent being evaluated by staff members. Luton did not reenter the game in the first half. After the start of the second half was delayed due to bad weather in Columbus, Luton did not warm up, indicating that he would not be entering the game in the second half either.
