A wet day in Berkeley turned into a Beaver victory today, as OSU overcame some tough starting pitching and an hour and a half rain delay to take the second game in their series against the Bears.
While the Beavers got the bases loaded in the top of the first, Cal was the first team to put a run up on the board, with first baseman Andrew Vaughn belting out a solo homer. The Beavers would tie it up in the top of the fourth, after Steven Kwan drove in Jack Anderson with a single. The Bears would take the lead back in the top of the fourth with a Jonah Davis double scoring Darren Baker.
