The Beavers bounced back from a Friday loss and a rained out Saturday to take the second and final game against the number three ranked Stanford Cardinal. Even though we would have liked to have seen these two baseball juggernauts finish their three-game series, it was still a solid weekend against an elite opponent. This win should get Beaver fans excited as the postseason is right around the corner.
Oregon State started off the scoring quickly as they loaded up the bases in the top of the first. While in this situation, Jake Harvey and Adley Rutschman were able to score thanks to a wild pitch from Stanford.
