Well, that could have gone better.
Oregon State dropped their fifth game of the season last night when Arizona won game two of the series 15-4. The Wildcats had 15 hits to OSU’s nine and neither team committed an error.
The Beavs did get on the board first in T1 after Steven Kwan tripled in the first at-bat of the game and Andy Armstrong brought him in with a sacrifice bunt. Arizona wasted no time in getting back though. In B1, some pitching miscues from Heimlich allowed Arizona to score their first run, followed by a bases-loaded RBI single by Blake Paugh.
