RENO, Nev. –The Oregon State men's basketball team fell 83-58 to Nevada on Friday night in a nonconference game at the Lawlor Events Center.
OSU sophomore center Gligorije Rakocevic established new career highs by scoring 12 points on 6-for-9 shooting, and by grabbing seven rebounds before fouling out late in the game. His previous highs were six points and five rebounds, set in different games during the 2015-16 season.
Rakocevic had six points and five rebounds in the first half, when Nevada (2-1) pulled away from an early 2-2 tie to establish an insurmountable 48-25 intermission advantage.
