Former Beaver great Marie Gulich made her professional debut with the Phoenix Mercury last Friday. In Friday’s game, an 86-78 victory over the Dallas Wings, Gulich played 10 minutes and scored two points. In her second game, an 87-82 win over the Seattle Storm, Gulich saw less time, around 3 minutes, but still scored 2 points. It will be interesting to see how Gulich adapts her game to the pro style.
