- According to a report from ESPN, former embattled Oregon State pitched Luke Heimlich has signed a contract with Dos Laredos Tecolotes of Mexico’s summer baseball league. Heimlich, who was not selected in last year’s MLB Draft, was a two-time Pac-12 Pitcher of the Year during his time in Corvallis, but has not been signed by an MLB club due to his past admissions of molesting his six-year old niece when he was a teenager.
