Quick Links: Brandin Cooks Makes Some Money

  • Former Beaver Brandin Cooks has signed a new deal with the Los Angeles Rams. The new contract is for five years and is worth $80 million. Cooks has yet to play a snap for Los Angeles, but the move means that his future in Southern California is secured for the next few years. The Rams picked Cooks up in a trade during the offseason, swapping a first round draft pick with the New England Patriots to grab the Wide Receiver. While its unlikely they’ll see much time on the field together, the move did reunite with his college quarterback, Sean Mannion, proving once and for all that a Ram is just a Beaver with some curly horns.
