CORVALLIS – Oregon State guard has earned her second Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honor, the conference office announced Monday.
Pivec, who also earned Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honors on Dec. 25, matches and for the most Freshman of the Week nods by a Beaver since the award was instituted in 2012-13. Pivec tallied 10 points against USC on Sunday, shooting an efficient 3-for-5 from the floor in just 18 minutes of playing time. The bio-health sciences major also pulled down six rebounds and dished out two assists in the contest. Pivec stated the week off by going for nine points, six rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block against UCLA on Friday.
