BEND -- Paul Lucas provided the most entertaining moment of Oregon State fall camp thus far, unintentionally plowing into Andersen after catching a pass during a drill.
Nobody should be surprised that Lucas was the one that took Andersen down. Not because he harbors any ill will toward his head coach. But because Lucas is all over the field all the time.
The sophomore speedster will play running back, his natural position. He'll motion out to receiver. And he'll occupy the "R" back, a "finesse" spot that will allow him to make 1-on-1 plays in space.
And he's ready for all of it.
