Oregon State’s Offense Shines Again

PULLMAN, Wash. – Michael Gretler tied a career-high with three hits and Kyle Nobach homered for the second consecutive game to send No. 3 Oregon State to a 9-1 win over Washington State Saturday at Bailey-Brayton Field.

Gretler was matched by Adley Rutschman, who finished the day 3-for-4 with a pair of RBI, bringing his season total to 48, which is tied with Trevor Larnach for the team lead. Gretler, meanwhile, doubled twice, singled once and walked twice to help pace the Oregon State (35-7 overall, 14-6 Pac-12 Conference) offense, which finished with 17 hits.
