CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State cross country team will have to wait another week for some live competition, as the Oregon XC Preview, which was scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 7, has been cancelled.
With the wildfires and amount of smoke in the area it has been determined unsafe for the race to occur. The race has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
The Beavers season opener will instead be on Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Sundodger Invitational. The race will be held at Lincoln Park in Seattle, Wash.
