After losing just once in February, the Beavers became one of the hottest teams in women's college basketball this season to beat preseason expectations and finish third in the conference standings.
But that run ended in a six-point loss to Arizona State in OSU's Pac-12 tournament opener on March 2. By the time sixth-seeded OSU (23-7) opens the NCAA Tournament on Friday in Knoxville, Tennessee, against 11th-seeded Western Kentucky, two weeks will have passed since its last game.
