Oregon State put on a dominant offensive performance, nearly breaking into triple digits with a 98-77 win over #18 Depaul. While Depaul put forward a smothering defense, the Beavers broke away in the second quarter to take control of the game. Oregon State will take on Missouri State in the Preseason WNIT Championship on Sunday in Corvallis.
Depaul looked like they’d be a touch match for the Beavers early. Deja Church got the Demons the first points of the game with a pair of free throws, foreshadowing a game that would become very foul heavy. Depaul would end the night with 25 personal fouls, while Oregon State added 18 of their own.
