Oregon State tops the Wildcats in walk-off fashion

A rainy night at Goss Stadium played host to a matchup of top 10 teams that lived up to the billing. Oregon State rallied late to make some March madness of their own Friday night and took down the Arizona Wildcats 4-3, in walk-off fashion.

On the mound, Beaver starter Luke Heimlich went 6.1 innings giving up just one run to the potent Wildcat offense. Heimlich struggled with control though, setting a season high with four walks. Heimlich left the game in the seventh to a standing ovation from the rain soaked Goss crowd, freshman Grant Gambrell came on in relief with the score tied at one a piece.
