The Beavers (45-4, 27-3) topped the mark of 26 conference victories set by Arizona State in 1981.
Drew Rasmussen made his second start and fourth appearance since having Tommy John surgery, allowing three hits in 5 2/3 innings for the win. Rasmussen has allowed one earned run in 11 2/3 innings.
Nick Madrigal hit a three-run homer in the Beavers' seven-run fifth inning, and he drove in two more runs in the seventh.
