In week three of Cory Hall’s stay as the Beavers interim head coach, Oregon State began to show the first signs of slipping back to their old and tired ways.
It seemed that no matter how much energy and enthusiasm Hall tried to bring to the program over the last two contests, that the team’s sheer inability to execute offensively and rally for crucial stops defensively had simply caught up to the struggling squad against California. In arguably one of Oregon State’s most-winnable games remaining on their slate, the Beavers just couldn’t get the job done.
Now, it’s on to their next test on the road at Arizona.
