CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State women's basketball team returned to the court Wednesday, as the Beavers hosted their first practice of the 2017-18 season.
Oregon State enters the year with a young squad, with Marie Gulich serving as the team's only senior. The 6-foot-5 center is an All-Pac-12 selection, and finished second on the team in scoring last season. She is the only Oregon State player to appearing in all 104 games over the last three seasons, and is closing in on 100 career blocks.
The Beavers back-court is headlined by sophomore Mikayla Pivec, who earned Pac-12 All-Freshman honors after averaging 7.
