CORVALLIS - The low point in an Oregon State season crammed with valleys came on Dec. 11.
The Beavers took the floor against Savannah State, which was rated as one of the worst in the nation, and saw their defense turn into a sieve. They gave up 93 points in the overtime loss and defeats soon continued to pile up for a group short on depth and experience.
The 11th defeat in 15 games arrived Friday night in the form of a 76-63 loss to No. 2 UCLA at Gill Coliseum.
