Oregon State men's basketball forward Keondre Dew suspended indefinitely

Oregon State junior Keondre Dew has been suspended indefinitely and did not travel with the men's basketball team for Tuesday's game at Tulsa.

"We left him home so that he could realize the importance of academics and his position on the team," OSU head coach Wayne Tinkle told The Oregonian/OregonLive.

The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 3.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 18 minutes per game, shooting 25 percent from the floor.

The Beavers previously suspended Dew for their exhibition game against Corban on Nov. 4, which Tinkle said was a "coach's decision.
