CORVALLIS - Entering this week, the Oregon State men's basketball staff taped pieces of paper inside the doors of the team practice facility, as well as inside the locker room.
The graphic on each page highlighted two statistics -- the Beavers' 41.4 defensive field goal percentage in Pac-12 play and their scoring defense of 66.1 points allowed per game. Both figures rank first in the conference over the past month.
Beneath those stats were the logos of Arizona State, UCLA, Arizona and Oregon - the top four scoring offense in the conference - next to two columns.
