Oregon State Forward, Tres Tinkle, Cleared for Half-Court Activity

Oregon State forward Tres Tinkle has been cleared for half court basketball activities and is expected to be fully recovered and ready for full-contact activities by mid-October. Wayne Tinkle announced this to CBS Sports early yesterday morning. Tres suffered his injury late last season going into the postseason and was unable to help his team in the NCAA tournament as they fell in the first round to VCU.

Tinkle began last season coming off the bench in favor of Langston Morris-Walker and eventually took his spot in the starting lineup. He was a huge part of the offensive side of the ball and the team missed his scoring ability once they got to the big dance.
