#26: Hamilcar Rashed Jr - Linebacker
Hamilcar Rashed Jr. is a 6-foot-4, 224 pound sophomore linebacker from Chandler Arizona. Coming out of high school Hamilcar was a three-star prospect according to most recruiting sites. He was rated as the 7th best prospect in the state of Arizona.
