#23: Conor Blount - Quarterback
Oregon State’s quarterback situation is still a mess. With Darell Garretson and Marcus McMariyon gone, the door is open for the other signal callers to fight for the starting position. Jake Luton is almost sure to be the starter when the season begins, but if he struggles early, Blount is very likely to get the nod.
