Oregon State linebacker Hamilcar Rashed Jr. won’t get to suit up for the Beavers this season, but the program’s star talent was still given the highest accolade that he could possibly receive for the year, as he was named as an AP All-American 1st Team selection on Tuesday.
Listed alongside Penn State stand-out Micah Parsons and Alabama play-maker Dylan Moses, Rashed Jr. at the linebacker spot, Rashed Jr. was one of three Pac-12 talents named to the first-team, along with the Oregon duo of offensive tackle Penei Sewell and defensive end Kayvon Thibodeaux.
