Minnesota ran all over the Beavers Saturday night. Cruising to an easy victory behind a strong running game. The Golden Gophers racked up 250 rushing yards and 5 rushing touchdowns (6 total). Oregon State is left looking for more answers with their third straight poor performance to start the season.
FIRST QUARTER
The Beavers won the toss and decided to test out their defense from the get-go. Oregon State (barely) forced a Minnesota three-and-out to start the game. The ensuing Beaver drive stalled though and the Gophers responded with a 67-yard touchdown strike where the senior saftey Brandon Arnold was caught out of place, (7-0 Minnesota).
