STANFORD, Calif. - The Oregon State softball team fell to Stanford in the final game of the 2021 series, Sunday.
"We had a tough weekend," said head coach Laura Berg. "The team hit well today, they just hit right at [the fielders]."
Junior Missy Nunes hit the first single of the day in the first inning. Junior Mariah Mazon followed with a hit to the same location and got on base from the result of a fielding error.
In the first and second innings, the Cardinal put a runner on base but Oregon State halted their advance at first.
