CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State baseball team has been selected as the No. 1 National Seed when NCAA postseason play begins this weekend.
The Beavers, who are hosting their sixth NCAA Regional, will open the tournament Friday against fourth-seeded Holy Cross. Also at the Corvallis Regional are No. 2 Nebraska and No. 3 Yale. Oregon State will meet one of those teams Saturday depending on the first day's action.
The Beavers take on Holy Cross at 8 p.m. PT Friday. Nebraska and Yale will open the regional at 1 p.m. The Corvallis Regional is slated to air on ESPNU.
