CORVALLIS – The Oregon State wrestling team suffered its first dual loss of the season inside of Gill Coliseum on Sunday afternoon to South Dakota State University.
The Beavers (1-1, 1-0 Pac-12) were defeated by the visiting Jackrabbits (1-3, 0-1 Big 12) by a final score of 19-17.
Redshirt senior Ronnie Bresser (10-1) became the 26th wrestler in Oregon State history to achieve 100 career victories on Sunday afternoon. Ranked No. 3 in the nation, Bresser scored a takedown in the first three seconds of the match, and the Klamath Falls, Ore.
