Xavier Crawford, a two-year starting cornerback and a key returnee in one of Oregon State's areas of strength, is transferring to Central Michigan.
Because Crawford graduated from OSU in June, he is immediately eligible as a graduate transfer. An Oregon State source confirmed that Crawford, who missed the last seven games of 2017 with a back injury, has left the Beavers' program.
Crawford is already listed on Central Michigan's roster.
Cory Hall, the Beavers' interim head coach for the final six games last season following Gary Andersen's abrupt resignation on Oct. 9, is now a Central Michigan assistant coach.
