Oregon State coach Gary Andersen joined me on The Bald Faced Truth radio show (12-3p on 750-AM and 102.9-FM) and jabbed back at Washington State coach Mike Leach.
Leach said on Tuesday of Oregon State: "They're an explosive team and they're a talented team, too. They're every bit as talented as we are."
Andersen apparently didn't like the compliment... or at least didn't know what to make of it given that Oregon State is 2-6 and down to its third-string quarterback.
"I couldn't tell if he was trying to start a campaign for Coach of the Year or trying to compliment Oregon State," Andersen said.
