Oregon State Beavers who improved their stock this offseason

Oregon State wrapped up spring practice more than a month ago. But now that those workouts have concluded across the Pac-12, we look back at what we’ve learned so far during the offseason and what questions still remain before the Beavers take the field for fall camp.

First, here’s a look at which players have seen their stock rise since the end of the 2016 season.

Tuli Wily-Matagi, sophomore tight end

Perhaps no offensive player was praised more during the spring than Wily-Matagi, the former high school quarterback who converted to tight end and was then forced into action last season when Noah Togiai went down with a knee injury.
