CORVALLIS — Scott Rueck coined a new phrase Friday night.
Oregon State operated at "Syd Speed," the Beavers coach said, referring to his team's tempo with Sydney Wiese back as the starting point guard.
That helped Wiese flirt with a triple-double in her first home game since breaking her hand more than a month ago. But more importantly, it helped the No. 9 Beavers dominate on both ends of the floor in a 71-43 victory over Arizona at Gill Coliseum.
"We were in a good flow there," said Wiese, who returned to action last weekend against Utah and Colorado but came off the bench in both contests.
