During scout team work, Xavier Hawkins made an impressive fingertip catch down the right sideline on a pass thrown by Conor Blount.
Five observations
1. Some injury updates: Starting running back Ryan Nall, who is listed as questionable to play Saturday, was back in his boot Wednesday. Starting linebacker Manase Hungalu, who is also listed as questionable, was working in a red no-contact jersey.
