Friday, July 28 Defensive end/outside linebackers Isaac Garcia and Ricky Liuchan are no longer on the roster, a team spokesperson told The Oregonian/OregonLive Friday. The reasons for their departures were undisclosed, and coach Gary Andersen was not available for interviews Friday but will speak to reporters Sunday in Bend. Garcia, a former high-profile recruit, was on campus last season but was unable to practice due to academic issues, while Liuchan battled injuries throughout his career and never played in a game.
