Sunday, July 30 Coach Gary Andersen confirmed freshman defensive end/outside linebacker Isaac Garcia has departed the program for personal reasons. The former high-profile recruit, who originally committed to USC before signing with OSU in 2016, had been on campus since last fall but could not practice or play due to academic issues. “Isaac has decided to just go in a different direction,” Andersen said.
