The Oregon State Beavers are back in the women's NCAA Tournament for the fifth year in a row, though the 13th-ranked Beavers won't get to play their early-round games in the comforts of Gill Coliseum this time around.
After three consecutive seasons hosting games in Corvallis, the Beavers on Monday drew a No. 6 seed in the NCAA Tournament's Lexington Regional and will open Friday against No. 11 seed Western Kentucky in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Oregon State (23-7) went 14-2 at Gill Coliseum this season, but a more modest 9-5 on road and neutral courts. The Beavers will play for the first time since March 2, when they lost to Arizona State in the Pac-12 tournament quarterfinals in Seattle.
