Oregon State Beavers collapse in 2nd half at Colorado State: Game at a glance

FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Jake Luton's third-down pass over the middle bounced off Isaiah Hodgins' hand and into the grasp of Colorado State linebacker Tre Thomas.

Forty-four yards later, Thomas was in the end zone to give the Rams a double-digit lead. It was the momentum-swinging play, as Colorado State used an overpowering second half to win 58-27 Saturday afternoon at CSU Stadium.

The Rams (1-0) outscored the Beavers 34-7 in the second half. Four of OSU's second-half drives ended in a turnover, including the second and third interceptions by Luton and a fumble by tight end Noah Togiai.
