This weekend was another busy one for the Oregon State basketball program, as head coach Wayne Tinkle extended scholarship offers to two new 2019 targets in forward Victor Iwuakor and swingman Cole Bajema.
These two offers came just days after three-star guard Jarod Lucas committed to the program.
Iwuakor is a 6’ 7”, 210 pound forward from Sulphur Springs High School (Sulphur Springs, Texas), who is one of the summer circuit’s hottest rising prospects. This off-season alone, Iwuakor has picked up offers from Illinois, Florida, LSU, Virginia Tech, Seton Hall, Baylor, Louisville, Oklahoma, UTEP and Houston, to add to a list of potential suitors that already included the likes of Texas A&M, Tulane and Tulsa.
