Oregon State’s offense had one of their best games of the season on Saturday garnering 19 hits on the way to a victory over Oregon. Neither team committed an error, but the Beavers took the Ducks’ pitching for a ride with three home runs in the 12-5 win.
It all started in the bottom of the first with a Trevor Larnach homer that brought in three runs. Then in the bottom of the third, the offense exploded for six more runs, which included a Michael Gretler two-run dinger, a Steven Kwan RBI single, and a three-RBI double from Adley Rutschman.
