Come-from-behind wins are always stressfull. That being said, they can be all the more satisfying when everything works out. That’s exactly what happened Saturday afternoon as the Beavs got their second victory of the season.
Gonzaga took an early 2-0 lead in the top of the third ending. Second baseman Carson Breshears got an RBI double off of Sam Tweedt. Breshears was then able to reach home from third a few batters later on a passed ball.
First baseman Zak Taylor got OSU on the board in the next frame with a solo homer. It would be the first home run of his college career.
