Oregon Ducks quarterback Dakota Prukop and Oregon State tackle Dustin Stanton were not among the 330 players invited to the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
The two players are taking another route in their quest to play in the NFL. Prukop and Stanton were two of a number of players with ties to Oregon who were listed as participants in a NFL Regional Scouting Combines during the past month.
The NFL scheduled six regional scouting combines in five cities (Seattle, Houston, Washington, D.C., Minnesota, New Orleans) around the country. Players who are eligible for the 2017 NFL draft and no longer have college eligibility can compete in the regional combines.
