A rough start to the Beavers conference schedule continues, with Oregon State dropping their first game of the season against #8 Oregon by a big margin, 79-59. After last week’s loss against Utah, the tam now sits at 3-2 overall, and 1-2 in conference play.
The game started close, with Taylor Jones and Erin Boley trading jumpers, and Aleah Goodman and Taylor Mikesell trading threes. Both teams suffered a scoring drought early in the first, but Mikesell began to get the Ducks moving, hitting a few threes to build a substantial early lead. Oregon led at the end of the first, 21-11.
