Corvallis, Ore. – The Oregon State wrestling team will host its annual Orange & Black intrasquad meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Gill Coliseum. Admission is free.
It’s OSU’s final warmup before the Beavers open the regular season on Sunday at the Mike Clock Open at Pacific University in Forest Grove. They begin the dual meet season on Nov. 1`5 against West Virginia, Northern Iowa and Nebraska at the Northeast Duals in Albany, N.Y.
“Basically we’re just getting guys matches,” OSU coach Jim Zalesky said in previewing the intrasquad. “We haven’t had a lot of match situations in practice yet.
