Things are not looking better for Portland's Omari Johnson these days.
After being named to the Trailblazers Summer League roster just prior to the start of the Las Vegas NBA Summer League, it seemed like the former Oregon State standout forward was in the right situation with the right team to finally secure an NBA contract. After all, Portland was the team who had signed Johnson in the pre-season of the 2015-2016 season, giving the blue-collar forward his first shot at the league.
