CORVALLIS -- Sunday's meeting between No. 9 Oregon State and No. 15 UCLA was already pegged as a big matchup, after the Bruins handed the Beavers their first Pac-12 loss about a month ago.
But now the contest has stakes for a different reason, as OSU and UCLA will both be aiming to rebound after getting upset by unranked opponents Friday night.
USC blew out OSU 70-50, snapping the Beavers' seven-game winning streak and dropping them into a three-way tie for first place atop the Pac-12 with No. 8 Stanford and No. 10 Washington. UCLA, meanwhile, fell 84-75 at Oregon, taking some shine off Monday's huge win at Stanford.
