No. 22 USC 70, Oregon State 63: Game at a Glance

CORVALLIS -- Oregon State (4-10) dropped its Pac-12 opener Wednesday at Gill Coliseum, falling 70-63 to No. 22 USC (14-0). The loss snapped a seven-game home win streak OSU had over the Trojans.

Key run: The Beavers kept the contest close initially, playing an aggressive zone defense and getting within 11-9 when redshirt freshman guard Kendal Manuel hit a floater with 12:35 left in the first half. But OSU would not make another field goal for six minutes and 28 seconds, allowing USC to go on a 15-1 run in that span to take a 26-10 lead.
